Good deal! They shipped me a box to ship back to them my VHS tapes, provided tracking. They also sent me a second email with a trackig to ship it back. I haven’t shipped my tapes yet nor received digital file on flash drive back but my experience is good so far!

This was a great purchase! The booking process was smooth with the JCPenney website and once we arrived our photographer had ideas for our poses as well as asking if we had any poses we would like to try. Afterwards they go through the photos with you and you choose your favorites (depending on which package you chose with groupon purchase) and you also have the option to add on different photo bundles there. 10/10 recommend.
