Yoga Classes in and near Santa Clara, CA

My first ever Bikram yoga class was truly exceptional because of the staff who are friendly, accommodating, and welcoming most especially Matt. He was guiding me throughout the practice making sure that I will be able to make it until the end of my first session. While at the same time, he was encouraging the other yogi to their best potentials. No pressure, set your own pace. I would definitely recommend Bikram Yoga San Jose :)

I am enjoying the basic classes. They are challenging me as a senior returning to regular exercise. The Union City studio is immaculate & parking is easy.

Love this place! I would recommend this location.
