Absolutely thee best customers service I literally have EVER experienced !!! The young lady ( I believe her name is Laura or Lauren ) was amazing. She needs a pay raise or a promotion. As for the asst manager. He was phenomenal and professional. After he close the hood to my truck. He walked to my driver side window and intoduced him self by name and title, and thanked me for coming to this location. I literally drove back to work and told my co workers how great this place is. The entire team worked like a well oiled machine. Reminded me when I was in the Marines. Who ever trained these employees needs a pat on the back and a handshake and I hope the owner realizes how lucky he/she is to have them on his crew. By the way. I was there on 10-22-2025 at approx 11:30 am.

Great deal for a Full Synthetic Oil Change & Filter. I spoke with Kevin, who said they had a spot available in 30 mins. I got there around 20 mins later, with just one car ahead of me, finishing up. The Owner Oscar, serviced my car. He as well as his daughter, and Kevin were welcoming, friendly & informative. I was in and out in about 30 mins. I definitely recommend O.R. General Auto Repair. 😁

Oil change was great! Workers popped my hood and it came off the tracks on my old 1998 k1500. They had no issue fixing it and putting it on tight for me, as well as changing the oil and putting new transmission fluid. I’m very happy with the service I received and will be coming back.
