Easy to contact, patient on the phone. Though on a first come, first serve basis for an oil change, (which I checked roughly an hour before coming in), thankfully, my car was in soon @ about 3pm. I asked Ignacio if they had a high-mileage synthetic blend that my groupon could be applied to, which they did & he could do for a reasonable added cost. After going with conventional oil (as recommended by a mechanic) on my last change where they used the thin grade (5W-20) recommended by Hyundai, I was alarmed by how soon the check engine light came on. Having over 100k mileage, adding a high-mileage synthetic blend (10W-40) helped. Ignacio recommended & used 5W-30 which I'm looking forward to seeing the difference. Having him change my oil before with either synthetic or a blend, I'm confident that being able to upgrade to the high-mileage will work better than trying to save a few bucks with conventional oil.
