Friendly, clean and plenty of parking. I was annoyed that I needed to take the orientation class first having gone to pilates before but I learned a lot(how to set up my reformer) and what moves focus on which body parts

I accidentally signed up for the Gyrotonics private lesson but it was a happy accident. Anna B guided me through the exercises for the first time. She was very clear in her directions and technical, which is how I learn best. I’ve been having hip pain and I think these classes will help resolve it along with my PT.

Very nice place to make your body stronger.
