The install was easy. I had forgotten to activate the Microsoft office and I and lost the product key. I contacted the seller and I got a response back within a day and they sent me a new product key. After activating the microsoft office, everything works great.
I love the photo books. I do an individual book every Christmas for my three grandchildren of the pictures I take of them during the year. They are now 15, 13, and 12 and still look forward to them.
