Shred is an amazing workout with awesome instructors that push you to new levels! The bathrooms do need to cleaned more routinely however!

Wow what can I say! I am new to Hoosier Trainer and I am impressed with the friendliness of the staff and clientele. It can be very intimidating being new but not my experience at Hoosier Trainer. I love GHU! Chris and her team are incredible. The classes are challenging and you can take a quick class if you dont have time for an hour and feel like you worked out!
