I called flagship customer service to fix an issue I encountered with my reservation and the representative was the nicest person I have ever met. She was so patient and understandable. Unfortunately, I can't remember her name. The trip was good and detailed. We went as a group. We were able to get nice pictures of the landmarks. This is a must go trip. I will definitely go again.
