What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We offer upfront, fixed pricing for all emergency lockouts.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We started Flatiron Locksmith to remodel the New York City locksmith experience. Growing fed up with unethical practices conducted by many companies in the industry, we set out to provide clear, fixed pricing to all customers while ensuring quality service.
What do you love most about your job?
The smile (and relief) exuded by customers after regaining access to their home or building.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
"Lock-outs aren't something you plan/hope for, but one thing's for sure - Flatiron's number is in my phone, at the top of the list in the event of a future emergency lock out."
The technological realm known as the cloud allows us to easily access everything from our personal documents to our music on multiple devices, instead of simply storing that information on a single computer hard drive. KeyMe adds seemingly impossible items to that digital storage—keys. They also have kiosks that can create a new key in about 30 seconds. Customers can insert their physical key into a slot in the kiosk to create a copy with fast and easy access not unlike a cheetah with a credit card.
