Simplicity Yoga is AWESOME! I love the classes there! I take Pilates with Meg and I have so much more upper body strength! The studio is clean and comfortable and has ALL of the EQUIPMENT you need for your class! No need to buy anything! Located in Kings Park. 10 out of 10!
I Do a yoga routine at least three times a week with the Yoga collective since I can’t find any Yoga studios by me anymore. These yoga classes specially for your back actually helped me more than my chiropractor does. Also has so many other classes - aerobic and meditation you can do a different class every day. Highly recommend I’ve been using this app for years
