Customer service in these times can be frustrating and I was SURPRISED that Groupon is giving customer service like the old days. I had a problem with a deal I bought and it was fixed immediately and get this... by an English speaking person and I never got switched off to a different person. I started with David and ended with David and THEN David followed to be sure I was satisfied. Did I mention that the "problem" I had was my fault? After a long rough day, David restored my faith that there ARE good people and at least 1 company that's still doing a great job to save us money. This experience was AWESOME!
One 8" Custom 3D Pet Pillow (Shipping Not Included)
I ordered the 8-inch 3D pet pillow, and it’s exactly as pictured. It’s not only gorgeous and resembles my little Sadie, but it’s also soft and made from a sturdy material. I highly recommend it. The customer service was exceptional; they kept me informed about the status of my order and promptly notified me when it shipped. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend them to everyone!
