I have filed a complaint about this company. They said they would do what the Groupon ad said, but they cancelled my appointment hours before due to show up, Then when I tried to reschedule they would not return messages. Finally they came out, was to be for 8 hours of work, but came at 1pm and left at 5pm. Said to call the office to reschedule for remaining 4 hours.....no one would return phone calls.

Metro Maids provided the best home cleaning I have ever purchased. They did everything I asked and more. They were effecient, quick, and left nothing undone. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent cleaning service.

Though it was just a two hour service, I felt that the cleaning was sub par. We scheduled for a Monday and they didn't show; When I called the operator, he said he had called the "day before" to confirm. I asked if he left a message and he said he didn't. It finally came out that he called on a Friday and took my phone number down wrong. He didn't apologize - said it was just a miscommunication. Then he asked me for my phone number again and wrote it down wrong AGAIN. He did, however, check the afternoon we rescheduled to be sure the cleaners showed up. NOTE: He never called to see how the service was.
