The people were very friendly but it took them nearly 7 hours to change my oil. I had an appointment ahead of time for first thing in the morning, but after about 5 hours, they lied and told me that my car was ready. I still waited for over an hour after I got there to pick it up. Then, after such terrible service, they acted apologetic, but one of the employees had to try being secretive about giving me a discount.,, As though I didn't deserve any compensation for the poor customer service and it could only be provided under the table. Maybe this was a one off incident but I dont want to return for a second time and risk having to deal with this again in the future.

They screwed up my brakes then didn't believe me when I said they were acting up. It wasn't until they were smoking that they believed something was wrong. I'm going to have the brakes checked out somewhere else to make sure they're safe now. I can't trust their handiwork.

Very disappointed. Limited the groupon to 1 day a week making it nearly impossible to use. I bought my husband 3 and I think he was only able to use 1.
