About Mad Science Raleigh

The educators behind Mad Science propagate a love of science, technology, engineering, and math through programs that immerse kids in exploration. Rather than standing at a lectern and droning on about static electricity or the life cycle of a cootie, the educators meet kids at eye level for experiments that actively instill principles of questioning and observation. Although their methods are fun, they're also meaningful—lessons align with STEM objectives and enrich classroom science curriculums. Scientists typically host workshops at school facilities, but also can transport their rockets, lasers, and slime to birthday parties and inquiry-based field trips.

Our daughter loves Mad Science. They have come to her school, she has seen them at birthday parties and now at Bounce U. She is 6 and always comes home with exciting stories to share.

My 6 year old son had a fun learning experience at BounceU! The staff was pleasant and I would recommend Mad Science and BounceU to anyone.

My son was very disappointed that "camp" was set-up like school, doing nothing more than math and language arts workbooks 3 hours each morning prior to getting to the actual "camp" part of Mad Science. The Mad Science section was greatly enjoyed, but I think having the entire day focus on the Secret Agent Spy aspect would have been much better.
