I wish I had read the reviews! I agree this is a bait and switch. He doesn’t understand the Groupon concept is supposed to be a deal/discount. I was given the “credit” toward my $350 bill for the amount I paid on the Groupon $100. Not the Groupon value, listed at $249. If you want to pay full price, just call and schedule the service because there is no discount with the Groupon.

These are my high traffic areas which are still not clean. Thomas stated, that the up charge would get them clean. Which was a lie...one of the pictures have a visible stain still there. I called Thomas the next morning and sent him these pictures. He stated, he doesnt know if the carpet will get clean until after it dries. I've never did business with a person who dont honor their work.

Machine used was very outdated and the machine just moved dirt around. My $150 steam machine is more modern and does a better job. Didn’t feel like using it. Would have taken me 2 hours. He took 45 mins for 4 rooms and hallway. He wanted to charge me an extra $100 for ‘corrective cleaning’. Scam!
