They have closed their Arizona office and are not refunding any prepaid monies. I have been told that it is feasible to drive to their California office for my remaining 8-12 treatments.

Do NOT go here and definitely do not purchase a package from them. I purchased a package for over $1600 (not including the Groupon) for 12 treatments. After completing 4 treatments, the company closed its Tempe, AZ location. They refuse to issue a refund and instead suggested I travel to one of their California locations every 7-12 weeks to continue my treatments.
