The hour facial really didn't last an hour. From check-in to final check-out it was an hour, but that included completing a questionnaire and using the restroom. It was very relaxing, however, and the staff was very pleasant.

The facial should have been between 45 and 60 minutes, it lasted 30 minutes. I chose this groupon because of the location, they closed the Brecksville location and moved to Walton Hills, within days after I purchased the groupon, both the distance and the appearance of business were negatives. I informed the women behind the desk that I purchased a 60 minute massage but was approved to use it for a facial. there was a 4 dollar difference which was not returned to me as well......The bad thing is that I purchased a groupon for a friend of mine, and I am slightly embarrassed for her to use it.
