The former industrial space also offers programs in yoga, Thai massage, energy modalities, and empowerment. Inside, visitors strike poses in two wood-floored yoga rooms, relax in an infrared sauna, and de-stress in a Thai massage room and two other spaces reserved for massage, energy work, and sound therapy.

I would rate The Studio Cleveland 5 stars. The vibe is awesome. Soothing, healing, chill. The instructors are top notch. Highly recommend. The silent meditation hikes in the Metroparks with chakra cleansing are cool too.

Excellent variety of classes with very knowledgeable instructors. Definitely one of best yoga studios in Cleveland. Highly recommend!
