Founder Michele took her decades-long experience in massage therapy and brought it to LiftEaston, where classes taught by her and her staff help participants stretch and relax their way to more balanced lives. Yoga classes run six days a week and offer something for every student, regardless of skill level. Options include Vinyasa flow, which teaches breath control, and Iyengar yoga, which helps students develop strength and posture. Michele also takes pride in her special event offerings, which have previously included Yoga for Weight Loss as well as a Yoga Recharge series that helped guests learn to relax and let go.
