3 Kings CarpetsPlus Color Tile, Fort Wayne

Guy came out on time and was pleasant and seemed qualified enough, but after the carpet dried I saw little to no actual change in cleanliness. There were spots that still reeked of dog urine (most of the reason I had them out there in the first place) and others that were still discolored. I got out my consumer home carpet cleaner and with literally just water and no actual cleaner in it, was able to get 2 tanks of brown dirty water out of a 2 square foot area in nearly every part of the carpet I cleaned myself. As far as I could tell, their professional cleaning did little to nothing. When my little $50 carpet cleaner can get out two tanks of brown water without carpet cleaning solution in any random area, what does that say about their truck sized professional cleaning equipment and chemicals? When I called to speak to the owner, I was first sent to his voicemail and got no reply in 2 days. Called back and left a message with the receptionist; no call back after 2 days. Called once again, mentioning that I've now called twice and left another message, and never got a single reply from them. Really disappointed with both the service and customer service from this place

They did a great job for the large room we needed cleaned. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in the time they quoted.

ALL my stains reappeared!! CARPETS LOOKED ALMOST WORSE AFTER CLEANING!? Didn't seem like they took the time to really get it done right! Was in a hurry
