Monica Helland is a second-generation acupuncturist and herbalist who facilitates holistic, energy-based treatments that draw from of ancient Oriental medicine. At the forefront of Legacy Wellness’ treatments is acupuncture. Monica specializes in digestive health but uses acupuncture treatments to treat a wide range of ailments and set her clients on a path of full-body health and disease prevention. Before and after treatments, she listens to her clients’ concerns and offers a wealth of lifestyle advice, ranging from herbal medicines to food therapy suggestions, in order to help them achieve balance and well-being.
