I went in for the full keratin treatment and cut (which is super expensive so of course I was so excited about it!).. check in was fine and Bella was my stylist. She is really warm and personable and the haircut was great 😊 however, the main part (keratin) had absolutely NO EFFECT AT ALL!! Which I understand there are other factors that could have contributed to that so I called the salon telling them my hair was EXACTLY the same (VERY frizzy👩🏼🦱 & no “extra shine”) & this was supposed to last 4-6 months! So they told me they could redo the express keratin treatment but I had to pay $200 as it was not going to be complimentary, when they made the mistake! I was going to make them my main salon as I just moved to the area, which I told her but I got a cold response (Erica, the manager I believe?) that it was fine if I felt that way and then the call was ended..
..LIKE WHAT⁉️they just lost a potential long term customer over just not trying to fix my hair with a quick treatment…
Hope this helps anyone wanting to book that specific treatment with them.. it’s sad when Groupon deals go this way.. then why even post your business on here⁉️If you’re a frequent flyer on Groupon you probably already know about certain businesses that literally get upset when coming in with your voucher….
My apologies.. Long AF I know but ⛔️beware⚠️! That was my experience here 😬..
