No two workouts are alike at CrossFit Recourse. That's because the instructors unveil a new one each day. Typically, the daily workouts require participants to complete a series of functional exercises such as pull-ups, box jumps, and rope climbs at an intense pace. Due to the intensity, CrossFit Recourse schedules introductory On-Ramp classes to help students get up to speed, which is approximately 700 mph.
