it was a great experience and they did a "wonderful" job! Would go again!!

It was over 4 months before I was able to get an appt for my car. I don't know how they stay in buiness like that. When I called in June they told me the next available was in October. I'm guessing they only treated the groupon customers like this in the hope that they would get frusterated with the wait and not use their coupon. If they treat their regular customers like this they would be out of business in a week. The detail itself was very good but not worth the 4 month wait. The next time I want my car detailed I will go somewhere where they will be able to accomodate me within a week or two.

Very disappointed. First of all it took me 6 months to get an appt. What they did clean looked good...but they cracked my dash in two places and have denined it. I absolutely know it was not cracked before going to Auto Salon. Now I have to file a claim with my insurance company. They also did not remove the items in my back window area and clean it. I will NEVER go there again.! :(
