While I cannot give feedback concerning the actual massage, I will give my point of view as far as dealing with Below The Surface Therapeutic Massage. When my wife called to make an appointment, the therapist was belligerent to her on the phone. The Groupon wasn't to expire for several days, but the therapist berated my wife for waiting so long to call in. What does is matter WHEN she used the Groupon as long as it was scheduled to be used by the expiration date? In my opinion, the therapist was hoping that she was going to get free money from a Groupon and wasn't too anxious to provide the services that had already been paid for in advance. Again, in my opinion, the therapist was very unprofessional in handling the situation and made the whole experience very awkward for my wife. I purchased the Groupon for my wife as a part of a present package for her birthday. The therapist pretty much ruined this part of my present for her. I would not recommend anyone use Below The Surface Therapeutic Massage simply due to the highly unprofessional manner in which she dealt with my wife.
