I hate to say but I went to get my dry cleaning on 12/7/2016 and the doors have been closed effective immediately. I Hope that my Groupon will still be honored.

Very disorganized. When I dropped off my clothes and asked what the cost would be I was told, "we invoice at pickup" and I couldn't get a price until then.

I purchased a Groupon for Master Cleaners but was uncertain how well it would dry clean my down jacket. Absolutely no reason for concern as they did an excellent job cleaning it, staff was professional and totally competent in assessing my concerns and very polite. I'm totally satisfied with the work done and will try to use Master when I can although they're about 5 miles from my house.
