Since 1985, Margie and her crew have refurbished homes, earning praise from publications such as Better Homes & Gardens along the way. Whether she’s building floor plans from scratch or adding finishing touches to a nearly perfect room, each and every one of the designer’s project’s begins with a consultation—or, more accurately, a Q&A session—in which she’ll determine how the space will be used, what you envision for the space, and your thoughts on Buzz Lightyear wallpaper. From there, Margie will draft floor plans and sketches, present the design to the homeowners, and, finally, bring the agreed-upon work to life.

Beyond transforming houses into homes, Margie also helps clients sell their houses with home staging—a process that can increase the price and speed at which a home is sold.
