Baristas camped out behind the counter navigate jars filled with loose-leaf Foxfire tea, pots of brewing Stumptown coffee, and 14 styles of syrup to mix into chilled italian sodas or bubble bath for Candyland. Staff can customize the drinks to suit dietary requirements, swapping out the milk in traditional lattes with rice-, almond-, or hemp- milk alternatives.
