Everything went smoothly- Luxoptics was able to get me into the Chevy Chase location super smoothly (as in, I made the appointment Friday night for Saturday morning and they called to confirm Saturday morning!), Dr. Gold was kind and seemed very knowledgeable (repeating what I heard because it was true: there's no tricks and nothing hurts!). I am waiting for my contacts (we had to order them), and I'm really excited to be able to see again. The staff was super friendly and patient (I am the person who arrives to early, is 50/50 with technology, and a little quiet/quirky- they were still nice!). Looking forward (pun intended) to getting my contacts!

Dr. Lippman was very experienced and wise doctor. They seem to have a unique set of frames too.

I visited the wheaton location. The doctor who did the exam was nice and professional. However the man at the front office is a bit of a hustler and rather unpleasant. I wont be visiting there again because of him.
