Waited 30 minutes past my appt to even get in the chair. This is not the full price you're going to pay when you get there. Paid an additional $50 & colors not close to what I requested. Toner was not used so different shades. Stylist was nice. Lessen learned, won't return.

Don’t buy the Brazilian. Not worth it, you’ll regret it if you do. I honestly believe she doesn’t know what she’s doing & probably isn’t licensed.
