For many people, relaxing and exercising are very different activities, carried out in very different places. But at RelaXercise Fitness Spa, those two worlds set aside their differences and come together to simultaneously soothe and tone bodies. Wooden accents and soft colors decorate the spa side of the facility, where nail technicians pamper clients and beautify nails with manicures and pedicures. On the fitness end of things, instructors lead groups through high-energy boot camp workouts and the lively dance steps of Zumba. The RelaXercise fitness team also leads multi-week weight loss programs that cover a wide range of topics, including how to burn away unwanted fat, how to avoid roadblocks in dieting, and how to repurpose old jeans and create a second family out of scarecrows.
