Due to a health issue.The person was not able to do the treatment at Ocala was not available and there would be a long delay before i could start. So I cancelled.

Frist the girl was one hour late, and than started that they don't make any money when a groupon is used. I have not started my treatments yet sure hope I have a better experience . When I am done there I don't think I would return. I was not very comfortable.

Waited 45 min for initial appointment . I expressed my dissatisfaction at her lack of professionalism 1st treatment ok 2nd treatment she was late and I walked out I want my money back. Please contact me immediately.

The program did not live up to its guarantee; we would like a refund. The person told us we should have called them instead of Groupon, we could have saved $100 dollars. For the first treatment, the person was on the way out of the office and forgot she had appointment. . The room they use for the treatment an empty room with a hospital gurney that was extremely uncomfortable; your neck would hurt from being in an improper position lying face down next to the window that faced the main road with high traffic; the photos they had in their brochure of the room they use had great ambiance. My wife lost only 1 ½ inches; they guaranteed three to five inches. Very unprofessional.
