About The Liquid Yogi

Michelle Gierst has two loves in life: the ocean and practicing yoga. At The Liquid Yogi, she combines these passions by teaching students how to do yoga on a standup paddleboard. This method requires even more core strength and balance than traditional yoga, since practitioners must also balance themselves on gently rocking waves. We had an amazing experience with Jeremy and Rafa! On time, organized, friendly.. these guys are running the best operation in the South Bay. A quick lesson and plenty of time to enjoy yourself in the water with their affordable packages! Will be back soon again..

We had a family of 7 to which Olympus was very accommodating. Boards were delivered and they gave a super informative lesson. Definitely doing this again!
