After working at a handful of large spas, Melanie Tyrrell decided to strike out on her own. Taking what she had learned, the certified aesthetician and massage therapist assembled a menu of massage and waxing services and flung open the doors to her new spa space, Silver Linings Studio. Here, she welcomes visitors to unwind during hot-stone, deep-tissue, and Swedish massages, tailoring each treatment to address the individual's aches whether they are caused by stress or devastating limbo contest losses. Meanwhile, her waxing services oust unwanted hair from across physiques, from brows to bikini lines.
