I was disappointed in the end product. I took a picture of the coloring I wanted. I had to pay extra because what wanted was going to require more coloring. I was fine with that. However the "highlights" that I paid extra for were NOT what I asked for and then the girl kept trying to convince me they were. Then she said I could always come back and have them done later. I was frustrated and she still charged me for the extra fee. Then I asked for long layers and an inch cut off. My hair is all one length and shorter than I expected. I was very upset and disappointed. :(
