I bought this item last year in September and recently had an issue with it not working. I reached out to the support email (it’s Friday at 5pm) and someone got back to me almost instantly with thorough instructions to fix the issue.
The issue itself was user error and they were compassionate and educated in their responses.
The product is working flawlessly now.
Even though we went on a Saturday and the place was packed, we waited only 30 min when the wait time was almost 2 hrs. Other than that, service was great, food came out fast. One of the favorites for bowling and arcade games!
