Very sanitary and hygienic space, it’s a private room at the back of a hair salon. Lynn was gentle and fast!

This is the BEST place for waxing (and massages and facials and all the rest!) in the DMV. I’ve turned a couple friends onto Lalla’s, and they’ve been fully committed ever since. The place is super clean, the ladies are always incredibly nice, and the more…painful services are done so quickly, you don’t have time to think about it. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Massage was very relaxing. The masseuse was very receptive to feedback regarding pressure. It was very relaxing. The facial was very fast and not as relaxing as I hoped.

I purchased a dermaplaning Groupon for Gentle Skincare Studio. The dermaplaning was done really well, as my skin was glowing and baby soft after the appointment. The provider was quite polite, though not overly friendly, which I don’t mind. She gave a great face and arm massage that felt amazing. Originally my appointment was set for 12pm, but the provider moved it to 12:30pm without asking me if the new time would still work for me. That’s not ideal, but I didn’t have much planned for after the service anyway so it wasn’t a big deal for me. Other than that, I arrived a little early and the service started right on time, so that was great. Overall, I had a great experience at this spot.
