Not for individuals that want to develop muscle only. This training works on every level of fitness.

Exercisers burn calories and boost muscle tone in private or group sessions packed with boxing drills and high-energy circuit training

Boot camps help you avoid the monotony of working out alone and screaming, "You'll never be as strong as the calves!" at your biceps. Get support with this Groupon.

Choose Between Two Options

  • $40 for two 30-minute one-on-one boxing training sessions (a $98 value)
  • $29 for one month of unlimited 60-minute boxing-boot-camp sessions (a $74.99 value)

During each boot-camp session, students pummel their way toward sleeker, stronger physiques through traditional boxing techniques coupled with circuit training. They work through stations where they jump rope, engage in speed-bag training, practice shadowboxing, and tackle pushups and sit-ups all while building endurance, increasing muscle tone, and shedding pounds. Drop-in classes can accommodate up to 25 students. Classes are offered six days a week. New times will be added to the schedule as needed.
