Choose Between Two Options

  • $125 for six months of half- or full-marathon training for one (a $250 value)
  • $225 for six months of half- or full-marathon training for two (a $500 value)

As part of this program, athletes receive expert instruction to prepare them to compete in half or full marathons. Instruction includes, but is not limited to, shoe advice, form and technique, optimal cross training, rest days, proper stretching, proper nutrition, and hydration. Classes usually meet on Saturday mornings at Brookside Park and include various pace groups, allowing athletes to run with other members at their own fitness level.
