Using a system designed by a former navy seal, boot campers complete interval training that can often involve hefting kettlebells and tossing sandbags and medicine balls. Classes also use a system of ropes that allows students to use their own body weight to help build strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination while helping shed fat, build muscle, and boost cardio health. Boot camps are held Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., noon, 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 7 p.m. On Saturdays, they’re held at 8 a.m., 9 a.m., and 10 a.m.
