CorePower Yoga’s instructors guide students through creative yoga classes that meld movement, breathing, and music into entrancing routines to energize the body and mind. Like a butler with a teleportation pod, the studio’s full schedule of classes welcomes students to four locations seven days a week. During the signature CorePower Yoga class, teachers lead students through dynamic, Vinyasa-style flows with demonstration and verbal cues, helping pupils to tone core muscles and cultivate balance.

Most classes convene in a 90- to 95-degree room, which intensifies stretches, bolsters coordination, and melts stress faster than a lullaby sung by a dragon. To foster full-body strength and cardiovascular health, teachers pair selected yoga workouts with free weights and calorie-torching CorePower Yoga Ryder bikes that pump up heart rates with the rhythmic clicking of the baseball cards in their spikes.

CorePower Yoga

At over 100 locations throughout the country, CorePower Yoga (CPY) invites students to creative classes that meld movement, breath, heat, and music into entrancing routines to energize the body and mind. Signature CPY classes are taught by approachable certified yoga instructors who lead students through dynamic, Vinyasa-style flows with demonstration and verbal cues, helping pupils of all experience levels tone core muscles and cultivate balance. CPY also offers teacher training and lifestyle programs to empower students to become yoga instructors or to just advance their individual practice. During construction of all its new studios, CPY strives to use recycled content, install eco-friendly and efficient mechanical systems, and ensure that any waste created doesn't end up in landfills or just piled in Mr. Henderson's garage.

Reviews

CorePower is awesome in general. I like the style and pace of the classes, they definitely push you to get the most out of your yoga session.

Burrito M., Yelp, 5/22/12

The instructors are very kind, encouraging, and helpful. I am not the best yogi, and I never feel as if the instructors are judging me for this.
