Guests are required to take six fundamental CrossFit classes before they can move on to regular CrossFit training sessions.

During fundamental classes, certified instructors teach up to 25 beginning students the skills and foundational functional movements necessary to move forward with the CrossFit program. After students complete these, they're ready to sharpen their skills during regular group classes. The certified instructors at CrossFit ESV empower clients of all ages and abilities to reach their fitness goals with a strength and conditioning program used by tactical operations teams, military special-operations units, and champion martial artists. Within the renowned American Kickboxing Academy, instructors coax out their clients' inner athletes, challenging perceived limitations with customized regimens of intense functional movements such as weightlifting and opening a stuck jar with just your mind.
