Instructors lead high-intensity classes that use functional movements to improve students’ strength, endurance, and flexibility. Workouts change daily and blend power lifting, box jumps, gymnastic moves, plyometrics, and body weight exercises. Classes are held Monday–Saturday, in the early morning and afternoon.
