Each session starts with a primer of the body’s big muscles, followed by 45-second bursts of combination moves that aim to work the whole body, burn fat, and increase metabolism. Moreno tailors his sessions to both men and women and makes sure that no student is asked to handle more than they can do safely, making training suitable for all ability levels.
