What You'll Do
The Mediterranean basin has an unprecedented confluence of culinary traditions, influenced by a melting pot of Spanish, Italian, rural French, and North African cultures. Head to the aromatic French Girl studio, a boutique with over 40 whole herbs, to explore Mediterranean spices alongside cooking and herbology expert Kristeen Griffin-Grimes. Prepare blends like Middle Eastern Za’atar, a rose-petal infused Turkish spice, the unique French mix Herbes de la Garrigue, and more, before tasting a selection of small dishes that use the same mixes you’ve prepared and leaving with two of your chosen spice blends.
