This was my first time using this company and I am very pleased with their service . They tell you exactly when they are receiving your videos and when they are sending the transfers. I chose the faster shipment and I am glad I did as I received the flash drives before xmas. Watching some of those vids make me cry and laugh at the same time. Particularly the videos where I had recorded my parents, who are unfortunately no longer with us. This is a gift for my two sons for Xmas and can't wait to show them !!
