Christopher Rivas leads small classes during boot-camp sessions that combine plyometrics and circuit training, yoga, sprinting, Pilates, and dancing in 15- to 30-minute sessions. To keep exercisers on their toes, workout routines are never repeated and vary from day to day. Sessions are Monday through Saturday at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m., and 10 a.m. at Bellevue Park or the Silver Lake Reservoir. New boot-camp students must complete a one-on-one orientation session.
Christopher Rivas, founder of Lifestyle Dezine, leads workout classes designed with varying routines from 15 to 60 minutes in length. During classes, Rivas combines yoga, sprinting, CrossFit, Pilates, and weightlifting exercises for a full-body workout.
