Memphis MMA
The team at Memphis MMA is made up of instructors who are experts in their chosen disciplines—and even counts Royce and Rodrigo Gracie, relatives of jiu jitsu pioneer Helio Gracie, among their numbers. The facility conducts age-appropriate group programs in martial arts styles from around the world to hone self-defense skills, as well as providing mental and physical benefits. In addition to Gracie jiu jitsu, the facility trains students in muay Thai kickboxing, karate, krav maga, wrestling, and other techniques.
