Om Sweet Om Pilates Center

Stott Pilates is a contemporary take on the original Pilates method. It incorporates modern innovations in exercise, with extra attention paid to spine and joint health. For example, students may perform particular moves with a curved back in order to restore the spine's natural shape and keep muscles balanced.
