  • $30 for eight child or adult martial-arts classes and a uniform (a $247 value)

Kids and adults who opt for martial-arts classes can choose between the Introduction to Martial Arts program or the Black Belt Leaders program. It is recommended that kids attend eight consecutive weeks of martial-arts classes for proper advancement. Class times vary so check the location-specific schedule for more information. One-hour kickboxing classes blend swift kicks and strikes with fitness influences from Pilates, spinning, functional training, and yoga to form high-intensity workouts.
